In London we have the clunky, ugly, but robust Boris bikes. Designer Zarko Bubalo has developed a beautiful sustainable wooden bicycle based on yacht and aircraft construction techniques, combining traditional and modern technologies to create a more sustainable handcrafted bicycle. However, given the techniques, I suspect it will be for relatively few people.
